Within 30 days of delivery, if you find the identical product and service at the same terms from a local authorized dealer, just email us at help@theappliancedirect.com for an online form of the lower price, and once approved we'll refund 100% of the difference!

3. Receive a Processing Confirmation Email.
4. One of our Sales Associates will contact you within 48 hrs.
5. Receive your adjusted price or refund, pending it’s been approved.

4. Product must be in stock at authorized competitor.
5. Only one Price match per model/serial #.
6. Price match will only be honored up to 30 days after pickup or delivery date.
7. If multiple products were purchased on the same invoice, the price match must include all applicable products, services and terms included on the same invoice, in order to qualify for a price match.
8. Appliance Discount Outlet reserves the right to decline any price match request at their own discretion.
