At Appliance Discount Outlet, your satisfaction is important to us. If you should ever need a repair on a Home Appliance item purchased from us, please follow the instructions below for service.

CPS Appliance Warranty Protection:

⦿ Our NEW (new in-box, open-box, and/or scratch & dent) and most of our Used appliances (over $299+) are covered by the Consumer Priority Service (CPS) Appliance Shield Protection Plan for One-year, FREE! .
⦿ The first 30 days, however, is covered by us at Appliance Discount Outlet, as per our partnership agreement with CPS. If you are having issues within 30 days of purchase, please complete this Service Request Form in order to schedule a service repair.
⦿ Ask about our CPS extended warranty plan (up to 4 total years).
⦿ File your claim online 24 hours a day by visiting cpscentral.com and clicking the "File a Claim" link. You may also call Customer Care at (800) 905-0443 to schedule service or repair. If you cannot find your CPS warranty letter/card, you can Request a Copy of CPS Warranty Here.

     IMPORTANT NOTICE for PICK-UP ORDERS: This notice is for Pick-up orders within the first 30 days of your purchase, meaning your appliance is still within the 30 days warranty covered by Appliance Discount Outlet. If you are within the 30 days warranty window and are requesting service on your appliance, it is the customers responsibility to bring/drop-off the appliance to any of our service locations (typically the store you purchased the appliance) for servicing/repair. If for whatever reason you are not able to drop-off your appliance, we do charge $99 service fee to come out to you if you are within 20 miles of our locations for an in-home service repair, which includes parts and labor.

     

    Manufacturer Warranty

    ⦿ Some of our scratch/dent (NEW) products such as GE products are still within the manufacturer warranty (normally one year from date of purchase). Our sales persons will specify to you if the product you are purchasing is covered under the Factory warranty. You may also contact the manufacturer directly and they will handle all aspects of the warranty service.
    ⦿ For products for which a CPS Extended Warranty was not purchased, but still within manufacturer warranty period (normally one year from date of purchase), contact the manufacturer below directly and they will handle all aspects of the warranty service.
